Sally,

The boat should be 15' 6" long and I assume it is. I will look up the history...What is the condition of the hull? Does it have a trailer? Would obviously be a restoration project but would be thrilling to do if in the right hands...Allen Chauvenet

:: I have some questions about a wooden windmill sailboat.
::
:: My family has a 1959 windmill that is #158 and 14 feet
:: long. It has been stored for about 30 years. Although I
:: don't know its condition, I think it is probably good
:: but not ready for water.
::
:: How should we sell it? How can we determine how much it
:: is worth? The owner would like to get it in the hands of
:: someone who will care for it and appreciate it. It is
:: located in southeastern Ohio,in an area without many
:: sailing enthusiasts.
::
:: Thanks for your help!
