Repair with epoxy. Open up the bubble to get epoxy in the void. You
may need screw or bolt a clamping block through the hull to clamp the
bubble. Use waxed paper between the clamping block & epoxy. Any screw
holes in the hull can be filled. The hairline crack epoxy may work,
not sure. You may want to add some 4oz glass cloth in that area.
Use epoxy by West System, System three, Maas etc. do not use 5 min
epoxy.
