Windmill 4620, Moorman, 1978, white with light grey deck. Aluminum
spars; new-style rudder with custom tiller; long board tapered to new
rules; excellent rigging and fittings; 'automatic' whisker pole;
tuned by Dave. North sails used only for one light air weekend plus
the 2009 Nationals. As new.
Why the low price? This boat is prone to deforming when put away with
spot-loading in the hot sun. If stored on the trailer correctly all
is well. If propped up on a log it will tend to take the shape of the
log. So an active owner can pick up a really fast boat for less than
the price of the sails. Available after Rock Hall at the Nationals
venue or Tampa Bay after that event.
