5.2 Registration and check in will close at 11:30, June 15, 2013. 5.3 A skipper's meeting will be held at 11:30, noon, 15 June, at the Clear Lake Cottages and Marina. Participants should launch their boats and be ready to race prior to this meeting. 5.4 Racing will start at 12:00 noon Saturday, Weather permitting, four or five races will be sailed on Saturday and two on Sunday. The first race on Saturday will commence immediately after the skipper's meeting. The first race on Sunday will commence at 10:30. One completed race will constitute a regatta
