Windmill Class Association

Please help me learn more about the Windmill Class Association. Was there ever a Windmill fleet in Louisiana? If so, where and when? I’m putting together a history of one-design sailing in our part of Louisiana, Acadiana. There were some Windmills in Lake Charles, LA, which is about 70 miles west of my hometown, Lafayette, LA. If your records don’t have that info, please refer me to someone who might know. Al Rees
