Windmill Class Association

I search craigslist for sailboats on a regular basis - always dreaming about the next boat. Ran across this wooden, vintage looking windmill for sale. Really tempted to grab it and refinish it and join the wooden boat club but realizing its not really realistic for me. Perhaps it is for one of you?
